Tractor armour
Kompania Leśna sp. z o.o. offers custom-made forestry armour for any tractor no matter of size or age.
Swift precision
To ensure the highest quality and precision, each tractor is 3D-scanned before the body is built. This is not necessary if we already have the model in our database in which we already have several dozen of scanned tractors. Thanks to this approach, we can carry out the bodywork without having the tractor in our workshop, which is excellent for reducing time and costs.
DIY or let us do it for you
The completed body is sent to the customer for self-assembly or we offer the assembly of the body by the our technicians. We have already built bodies for various models of Valtra, Fendt, John Deere, MTZ and Kubota tractors.
Flexibility
Our build-up consists of many elements. The appearance and details of each can be tailored to individual customer requirements. The following photos and drawings are only an example to give you an idea of what we have to offer.
Top
The standard upper part of the tractor body contains:
- top cover + head lights
- bonnet protection with ropes
- wing guard
- chimney protection
- rear lights & mudgard cover
Options:
- powder coating: sandblasting, priming, painting (50m)
- protective pipes instead of ropes on bonnet
- tractor cab extension (for control valve)
- full bonnet cover instead of bonnet protection
- metal mesh for rear window protection (removable frame)
- metal mesh for side windows protection (removable frame)
- chimney cover (2 each)
- rotated operator’s seat (swivel for seat)
- armrests for seat-mounted joysticks
Bottom
The standard bottom part of the tractor body contains:
- profiled sheeting set: 6 mm sheeting
- straight sheets set
- washers and mounting screws set
Options:
- aid frame (highly recommended to new tractors)
- powder coating: sandblasting, priming, painting (50m)
- fuel tank cover
