Active plough

Active ploughs manufactured by Kompania Leśna are used for complex soil cultivation before planting. They can be optionally equipped with a subsoiler.

Versions

The active plough is available in two versions depending on the number of working discs: single disc or double disc. For operation, it should be aggregated with an agricultural tractor of at least 140 hp. It can also be connected to a skidder or forwarder, but then a special mounting plate is required.

How it works

The plough makes a furrow as a result of the rotational movement of the milling disc, which, when plunging into the ground, rips off the surface layer and deposits it to the side. The resulting furrow is shaped like a basin, its bottom is jagged and loosened to a depth of about 4 cm. The ploughed roller has the top layer of soil torn up and mixed into its structure.
The ‘Dragon’ version allows full adjustment of the angle of the discs and the distance of the discs from each other.
